Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

We ship directly from Canada.

  • Canada: 1–5 business days

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–10 business days (may vary by destination)

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first.

If the issue persists, we will gladly offer a free replacement as a courtesy.

  • Delivery delays are not eligible for immediate refunds.

  • Orders delayed beyond 30 business days or confirmed as lost will be replaced free of charge.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We cannot refund or reship orders sent to an incorrect address.
